Scenario Planning Master Class IN Dubai

Uncertainty: it’s no longer a background condition for leaders — it is one of the main elements in your operating environment. Global and regional political issues, demographic trends, technology acceleration, regulatory changes, and sudden shocks such as Covid have repeatedly shown how quickly assumptions about the future can unravel. Yet most companies still plan as if the future will behave itself.

On top of all the other kinds of uncertainty they may face, organizations in the UAE may also be particularly vulnerable to shifting geopolitical winds that affect expat communities with their unique sensitivities, needs, and concerns.

This Scenario Planning Master Class is a focused, 2½-hour session designed for senior leaders who want to learn about a clearer, more disciplined way to think about future change — without prediction, trend-chasing, or abstract theory. Rather than asking “What will happen?”, scenario planning asks a more useful question: “What could happen — and how would we respond?”

During our session together, you will walk through the core logic of scenario planning, exploring a set of practical frameworks used by the leadership teams of organizations around the world. You’ll learn how to assess the various forces shaping your environment, how to recognize which uncertainties are critical in terms of their potential to reshape your future strategic landscape, and how to construct a portfolio of coherent future contexts — “scenarios” — that can help you understand the future better, and make more confident decisions today.

The emphasis throughout is on clarity, process, and practicality, not theory or complexity.

On February 26th, the Master Class will run from 9:30 to 12:00, in recognition of Ramadan schedules. This concise format is ideal for leaders who want meaningful strategic insight in a compact, respectful timeframe — and who value thoughtful, illuminating conversation over long workshops.
