I’m excited to share my know-how and experience with you. As a workshop facilitator for over 15 years, author of several books and university lecturer on scenario planning, my expertise has helped people worldwide visualize alternative futures their organizations may face, and see more clearly what they may need to do to safeguard — even enhance — their competitiveness in each possible future.

The main part of our session focuses on the process, step by step.  I’ll show you how to identify the critical factors that could be the key to how your future landscape takes shape. Then, based on these big uncertainties, I’ll show you how to create a portfolio of realistic future scenarios, provocative and rich in relevant detail. Most important, I’ll show you how to use these scenarios to make better decisions now about preparing for these outcomes — before they unfold. Every step of the way, I'll show you real-life examples from workshops I’ve conducted to illustrate the scenario-building process and ensure that you leave the Master Class with a solid grasp of the technique.

At the end of the session we’ll have time for an interactive discussion, giving you a chance to ask questions about how to apply this methodology to your own situation.
