This is a 2-hour, one-on-one coaching session in which I take you through the process of scenario generation and as we go, we discuss how these steps could be applied to your organization; the specific landscape you want to foresee.
Together, we will try out different factors that you suggest could influence your future terrain, look at their pros and cons, and ultimately build a framework of plausible scenarios for you.
This is not meant to be a full-blown workshop. For that, you need to have more people contributing and more time to flesh out the scenarios. But with this intensive Private Briefing, my guarantee is that you will emerge not only with an appreciation for scenario thinking and a solid understanding of how the methodology works, but also with a framework of plausible scenarios for your future and valuable insights into how these landscapes may look – no matter whether you want to see ten years ahead or “only” to the post-Covid world you’ll be operating in a year from now.
